Quick answer

For a short trip out of Seoul, start with a staffed service that explicitly accepts several days of storage, then confirm your full drop-off and collection times. Zimcarry advertises storage through the seventh day; its Seoul Station branch publishes suitcase rates and a daily maximum. For a late-night return, check a facility with round-the-clock access. Always match the operator and exact location before comparing prices: storage inside the KTX station, the subway-area counter and lockers outside the station have different conditions.

Choose the pickup location before the price

Start with the journey you will make when collecting your luggage. A family returning from Busan needs time to leave the train, reach storage and get to the hotel. Someone collecting bags before a flight must also allow time for the airport journey. Save the operator’s name, address and entrance on your phone before handing anything over.

T-Luggage counterThe operator’s Seoul Station page directs visitors from Exit 1 toward Exit 2. Its published pages give conflicting hours. What are this branch’s confirmed collection hours for our date?

Read the suitcase rate and the daily maximum together

Zimcarry’s Seoul Station tariff uses the suitcase’s longest side. Its published suitcase rates are:

Suitcase bandFirst 4 hoursAdditional hourPublished daily maximum
S: up to 55 cmKRW 5,000KRW 1,000KRW 10,000
M: 56–70 cmKRW 8,000KRW 2,000KRW 18,000
L: 71 cm and aboveKRW 10,000KRW 2,000KRW 20,000

Ask staff to confirm the size band before paying, especially when your measurement sits between bands. A daily maximum alone does not establish the total for an overnight booking: the page does not clearly define whether a new charging day begins at midnight or after a full 24 hours. Get the total for your actual dates and times, including each bag.

Can you leave luggage for two or three days?

Zimcarry’s staffed-storage guide advertises storage through day seven. It describes walk-in registration, payment by size and a collection receipt; online storage reservations are marked as being prepared. Capacity can run out, so contact the branch before relying on space for several suitcases. If collection falls outside its opening hours, the guide says you must return during the next opening period and extra charges apply.

For a family side trip, send one complete enquiry rather than asking only for a daily price:

We would like to leave three suitcases on 12 December at 09:30 and collect them on 14 December at 18:00. Their longest sides are 54 cm, 68 cm and 76 cm. Can this branch store them for the whole period, and what is the total price for all three bags?

The dates and sizes above are an example to replace with your own. Add a photo with measurements if the operator requests it. Ask how a delayed return changes the charge, whether you can reopen storage during the stay, and what proof you need at collection. Keep the written answer with your booking or receipt.

Big lockers and late collection need different checks

Visit Seoul lists LuggageQ as a 24-hour self-service facility with large lockers and a fee of KRW 1,000 per hour. Its listing describes multilingual use and kiosk payment. It does not settle a three-day total or maximum storage period, so confirm those with the operator before choosing it for a longer trip. The advertised suitcase capacity is a guide; measure your packed bags, including wheels and handles, and check the actual locker opening.

For T-Luggage, the Seoul Station branch page shows 09:00–21:00, while an English booking page shows 10:00–22:00. Because these conflict, we would confirm the branch directly before planning an evening pickup. An online reservation system being available at any hour does not establish around-the-clock physical access.

Three checks before luggage storage: confirm each bag fits, confirm pickup access, and request the total price for all bags and the full stay.
Check bag size, collection access and the full-stay price before leaving your luggage. Keep the operator’s written answer and receipt.

Before handing over your bags

  • Confirm the operator, branch, full price, collection deadline and accepted payment method before leaving the counter or locker.
  • Keep your passport, travel documents, essential medication and the phone used for collection with you. Read the facility’s prohibited-item rules.
  • Save the receipt or access instructions offline, along with the branch contact and a map pin. Keep access codes private.
  • Leave time for collection before the next train, flight or hotel commitment. If storage is full, ask your accommodation about its own luggage policy before making a detour.

If this is your arrival day, use our first-day Seoul planning guide to keep the outing manageable. For departure, choose your onward route with our airport train, bus and transfer comparison before deciding when to collect the bags.
